The Centre for Excellence in Innovation and Infrastructure Delivery (CEIID) is comprised of:
- Member agencies responsible for implementing the Program Management Office initiatives, which then report to the CEIID Steering Committee;
- The Steering Committee is made up of senior executives and project coordinators from across Government and is chaired by the Department of Treasury and Finance (DTF). This committee operates under the guidance of the CEIID Chief Executive Officer (CEO) Group;
- The CEIID CEO Group is then answerable to the Major Government Projects Taskforce (MGPT) to ensure the reform initiatives are implemented.
